Cost Efficient: Inflated cushioning air bag comprises 99% air and 1% film material, which will save about 30% -50% packaging material cost comparing to other conventional protection packaging materials.
Storage space and transportation cost can be remarkably reduced: Before being inflated, the bag material is flat and in roll or in stack, so the storage space can be minimal comparing to the traditional cushioning materials.
Most superior cushioning effect: One single air bag can endure as much as 80-100 kg pressure. It can fill the void between the carton and the product, so as to protect the product from slipping or shifting inside the carton during handling and transportation.
Environmentally friendly: The cushioning air bag is re-usable and recyclable, having no harm to environment and human beings.
Main Features:
1. The flat roll material consists of individual air columns conjacent one after another. Utilizing special patent air-locking valve, the air will be locked in the bag after infaltion. If one of the air colums is worn out or broken, the rest air colums will still remain intact.
2. The inflated air in the bag will automatically propel and aictivate the air-locking valve to lock the air in the bag. If the bag is placed under product for packing, the air pressure in the bag will increase accordingly, consequently propelling the air locking valve more tightly to retain the air pressure in the bag for a long period of time.
3. This line carrys a full array of roll material, L bag, O bag, and air pillow, which can be seleceted according to product size/ nature, productivity requirement and packaging requirement.
4. Totally novel DIY concept to offer an easy and convenient way for air cushioning packaging for various products. | | |
